About Me
My mother is a physiotherapist and massage therapist. As a little girl, I watched people come to her with pain, tension and exhaustion, then leave feeling lighter, more relaxed and smiling. That was when I first understood how much skilled hands can change a person's well-being.
Massage later became my profession. For more than 15 years, I also worked as a CIDESCO-qualified beauty therapist. That experience deepened my understanding of the body, skin and the ageing process, but over time it led me to one important realization:
True beauty always begins with a healthy body.
When the body lives under constant stress, muscles remain tense and the nervous system is overloaded, it affects far more than appearance. It influences energy, movement, recovery, sleep, performance and overall quality of life.
That is why today I focus entirely on massage therapy.
I believe the body carries the effects of long-term stress, old injuries and chronic muscular tension. My goal is not simply to relieve pain but to restore healthy movement, calm the nervous system and support the body's natural recovery.
Education
I continuously expand my professional knowledge.
I am also a Psychology student because I believe understanding the mind is just as important as understanding the body. This helps me take a more holistic approach to every client.
An active lifestyle is an important part of who I am. I regularly practice yoga, strength training and cycling, which helps me better understand the needs of active people, athletes and anyone recovering from physical or mental overload.
Clients
My clients are often busy professionals, entrepreneurs and physically active people. Many have become used to living with constant stress and muscle tension, without noticing how much the body carries.
The body always gives signals.
My approach is not about offering momentary relief. My goal is to help the body recover, move more freely and create the conditions for long-term well-being.
I believe that a healthy, relaxed body is the foundation for energy, confidence, beauty, the ability to work and a good quality of life.
